#00052, Tangled Bark, Twisted Roots

Bendethera flats, a beautiful river flat at the bottom of a steep four-wheel-drive track in the Deua National Park. The flat is a very popular area for off-roaders and can get a little crowded at times, but it's still a great spot, and it's not too hard to find a secluded part.

I've been to Bendethera flats a couple of times now but have always found it difficult to get a good image, it's one of those places that's great to be in, but difficult to photograph.

I like this shot however, the total chaos and the textures of the stones, roots and bark give it a nice tactile look.

Is it possible to have a "tactile look"?
