#00107, Bridal Veil Falls II

I've photographed this waterfall several times over a period of 25 years (25 years!, I can't believe it) but this is by far the best image.

In previous attempts I'd got in closer and photographed the cascade at the top of this picture but this time I stepped back to include some of the smaller cascades downstream.

There was a dead log lying across the stones in the foreground, this was not a permanent feature, it was washed there by recent rains and would be washed away again by the next, so I felt happy to remove it.
