#00217, The Birth of Blue Lake Creek

Blue Lake is the most visited of all the alpine lakes, probably because it's the easiest to reach, being just a few kilometres from the road.

From here you can easily reach some fantastic campsites like The Sentinel. The whole area is a wonderland of cliffs, lakes and great views.
