#00286, Indian Head

This photo was taken from a spot just a few yards from Morning at Hidden Valley but the day before, and facing north.

There was a stiff wind, as can be seen in the foreground trees, and I wanted to show the movement there. Also the side lighting in the far valley was nice but it's the silhouetted rock that prompted me to expose some film.

I thought it looked like a profile of an American Indian, looking at the print now I'd have to say that you'd need a good imagination, but no matter. I still like the photo.
