I just love the look of the water in this shot. The almost total lack of change in shading or pattern makes the water look like a vertical backdrop, rather than the horizontal feature that it is.

While waiting for sunset on a rock ledge at Cape Huay I noticed this perfectly even pattern in the water below. The pattern was probably good enough to photograph by itself, but I felt that a small piece of the land should be included to give the photo context.
