#11453

It's common when working in the field to have a shot ruined, or even not takable in the first place, because of wind.

In this instance on Cape Raoul there was a fierce wind, and no way of photographing this plant with the flowers in focus and sharp. So I took another approach, I stopped the lens down to its minimum aperture, thus giving me a slow shutter speed, and waited for the biggest and meanest wind gust to come along.
