One thing I like about street scenes with a lot of people in them is that you can look at the individuals and wonder about them.

For example, three of the men in this image...

#1

The waiter: Doesn't want to be here, hates the non-French tourists, hates the French tourists, the job is way beneath him. Thinks - "I should be a gigalo."

#2

The gigalo: Open shirt revealing five chest hairs, tight pants, flash jacket, just "visited" the rich woman from around the corner. Thinks - "The money is good but the job is more dangerous than you'd think. Sometimes I'd rather just be a waiter."

The Albanian hitman: Hired by the husband of the rich woman from around the corner, eyes on the prize, it ain't gonna end well for #2. Thinks - "I love being a hitman, I get to meet all sorts of interesting people."
